If you’ve somehow found me (and this page), chances are someone pointed you in my direction. You’re likely in tech and at least a little “coaching curious." You’re probably damn good at what you do, which has propelled you into some kind of leadership position.

As you’ve moved up in your career, things have gotten harder. Where you once felt totally invigorated and fulfilled, you now feel exhausted and drained more often than not. Worse yet, you can’t exactly pinpoint why. You’re still a high-performer, but most days don’t feel that way. Most days feel pretty “meh.”

Through coaching, we’ll carve out space to unpack what’s going on and make some sense of where you’re getting stuck. We’ll spend time focusing on you, your work, your colleagues, all of it. I’ll help you see the patterns, the triggers, and maybe even the wins that you might be missing.

With 6, 50-minute sessions we have enough time make meaningful progress on whatever you’re stuck on OR planning & executing on getting you to the next level. Roughly 3 months of working together.
